I’m putting on my day job hat for this week’s post, and with that comes a warning: If anyone wishes to point out that I don’t look like someone concerned with workers rights - please don’t. I’m fresh out of “proving my credibility” tokens, and it’s exhausting. Plus I did think that we weren’t doing the whole “you must be a middle aged man in a suit” to be taken seriously thing anymore, but I know that we often still are. Sigh. Anyway, I digress! This week I bring to you an “in” to a potentially difficult conversation with your boss; an arsenal of facts to arm you with for this one particular battle, if you choose to fight it.
